Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are generally processed within four weeks of your package reaching the return shipper, though often sooner. This includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), processing time at our facility (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank needs to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). To return an item, log in to your account, navigate to the "Complete Orders" under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You'll receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Shipping

We offer shipping across South Africa. When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on your items' availability and your chosen shipping options. Shipping rates are weight-based and rounded up to the next full pound. Please note that free delivery is available for orders over R1000.
