BKK ARMOR POINT URCHIN NAIL WEIGHT 5PC

The BKK Armor Point Urchin Nail Weight is a specialised fishing weight designed to provide precise lure balance, controlled sinking action, and secure rigging for urchin-style soft plastic baits. Developed specifically for use with the BKK Hyperlatch Quad Urchin Hook System, this innovative nail weight features a hollow-core design that integrates with the hook's double-wire rigging system.

The weight is inserted into the base of an urchin-style soft plastic lure, where the Hyperlatch Quad Urchin's rigging wires help lock it securely in position. This provides a practical and streamlined weighted rigging solution without compromising the lure's profile.

By positioning the weight at the base of the bait, the BKK Urchin Nail Weight helps create a controlled vertical falling action, allowing the lure to descend naturally through the water with the hook points facing upward.

This upward hook orientation is designed to improve hook-up opportunities when bass strike the lure, while the balanced sinking presentation helps maintain an effective lure position during the fall.

Available in 3/64oz, 3/32oz, and 1/8oz, the BKK Armor Point Urchin Nail Weight allows anglers to adjust their rigging weight according to fishing depth, sink rate, and presentation requirements.

Each pack contains 5 nail weights.

Technology & Design

Innovative Hollow-Core Construction

The hollow-core design allows the nail weight to slide onto the double-wire rigging system of the BKK Hyperlatch Quad Urchin Hook, creating a secure connection between the hook, weight, and soft plastic lure.

Secure Wire-Locking System

When combined with the Hyperlatch Quad Urchin Hook, the rigging wires help lock the weight into position, reducing unwanted movement during casting and fishing.

Controlled Vertical Falling Action

Positioning the weight at the base of the urchin-style bait helps create a vertical descent, maintaining a natural and effective presentation as the lure falls through the water.

Upward-Facing Hook Orientation

The weighted design helps position the hook points facing upward during the fall, improving hook placement and potential hook-up opportunities when bass strike.

Multiple Weight Options

Available in three weights, allowing anglers to customise their presentation according to water depth, desired sink rate, and fishing conditions.
