DAIWA 23 LEGALIS LT 2500D SPINNING REEL

The Daiwa 23 Legalis LT 2500D Spinning Reel combines lightweight construction, advanced reel technology, and dependable strength to deliver excellent performance for modern lure fishing. Incorporating Daiwa's innovative AIRDRIVE DESIGN concept, the 2023 Legalis LT is engineered to be lighter, smoother, and tougher than its predecessor, making it an excellent choice for anglers seeking premium performance at an accessible price.

Built with a ZAION V body and AIRDRIVE Rotor, the Legalis LT offers improved rigidity, reduced rotational resistance, and excellent sensitivity. The lightweight rotor requires less effort to start turning, providing responsive lure control and a smoother winding experience.

At the heart of the reel is Daiwa's TOUGH DIGIGEAR system, designed to deliver smooth power transmission, dependable durability, and strong retrieving performance. The rigid ZAION V body supports the internal gearing, helping maintain consistent operation under load.

The ATD Type-L Drag System provides smooth and controlled line release, with reduced initial resistance when a fish makes a sudden run. This is especially beneficial when fishing lighter lines and finesse setups.

Equipped with an aluminium Longcast ABS Spool, the Legalis LT features a specially designed spool lip that improves line release during casting, helping anglers achieve greater casting distances.

Daiwa's Twistbuster III line roller further enhances line management by helping reduce line twisting and compression, particularly when using braided fishing lines.

The 2500-size model features a 5.3:1 gear ratio, retrieving 75cm of line per handle turn. Weighing just 200g and offering a maximum drag of 10kg, the Daiwa 23 Legalis LT 2500D delivers an excellent combination of lightweight handling, smooth performance, and dependable strength.
