Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are generally processed within four weeks of your package reaching the return shipper, though often sooner. This includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), processing time at our facility (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank needs to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
