Product Description

DEPS DEATHADDER 5" SOFT BAIT

The Deps Deathadder 5" Soft Bait is a proven baitfish-style soft plastic designed to deliver realistic movement, strong water displacement, and big bass appeal. Known for its versatile body shape and deadly action, the Deathadder has become a trusted soft bait for anglers targeting quality bass across a wide range of rigging styles.

Its wide baitfish-inspired body catches water effectively, while the sharply tapered tail creates a tight, natural vibration that helps trigger aggressive strikes. The ultra-soft material and 25% salt content provide excellent castability, even when fished weightless, while also creating a natural falling action that bass find hard to ignore.

The Deathadder 5" can be fished weightless, on a jig head, Texas rig, wacky rig, drop shot, or as a spinnerbait trailer. It is also designed with deep grooves to improve hook-up performance and help maintain a weedless presentation when rigged with offset hooks.

Action & Presentation

Horizontal Hook Setting
When rigged weightless with an offset hook, the Deathadder creates a slow fall while producing water resistance and sharp darting movement.

Vertical Hook Setting
When rigged vertically, it creates a wobbling fall and baitfish-like swimming action, making it effective on jig heads, rubber jigs, and spinnerbait trailers.

Deep Groove Design
The deep grooves help improve hook exposure during the strike while also allowing a more weedless presentation around grass, timber, and structure.

Application

Perfect for bass fishing, structure fishing, weedless presentations, open water, pressured fish, soft plastic fishing, jig head fishing, Texas rigging, and reaction-style lure fishing.

Soft, realistic, and built for big bass — the Deps Deathadder 5" delivers proven baitfish action across multiple rigging styles.
