LOWRANCE EAGLE EYE 9 WITH LIVE SONAR FISH FINDER

The Lowrance Eagle Eye 9 with Live Sonar is an advanced 9-inch fish finder designed to bring real-time sonar technology to more anglers. Combining Live Forward, Live Down, CHIRP Sonar, and DownScan Imaging™ with FishReveal™ into one convenient system, the Eagle Eye 9 provides exceptional underwater visibility without the need for a separate sonar module.

Featuring a crystal-clear 9-inch IPS display, the Eagle Eye 9 allows anglers to view fish, underwater structure, and lure movement in remarkable detail, even in bright sunlight or when wearing polarised sunglasses.

The system incorporates advanced live sonar technology with focused forward and downward views, providing the ability to watch fish react to your lure in real time. With live sonar resolution comparable to Lowrance's ActiveTarget® 2 technology, anglers can identify fish positions, observe movement, and make more informed decisions about lure placement and retrieval.

The Live Forward view allows anglers to see fish and underwater structure ahead of the boat, helping identify targets before casting. The Live Down view provides detailed real-time information directly beneath the boat, making it ideal for vertical fishing and precise lure placement.

Traditional CHIRP Sonar delivers detailed fish target separation, while DownScan Imaging™ produces photo-like images of underwater structure. With FishReveal™, anglers can more easily distinguish fish hiding around rocks, trees, vegetation, and other submerged features.

Designed for convenience, the Eagle Eye 9 features autotuning sonar, detailed C-MAP® charting options, Genesis® Live mapping capabilities, and a reliable twist-lock connector system for straightforward installation.

With its versatile sonar capabilities, responsive display, and included Eagle Eye Live Transducer, the Lowrance Eagle Eye 9 offers a complete fish-finding solution for boat and kayak anglers.

Sonar Technology & Features

1. Live Sonar – Forward View

The Live Forward sonar allows anglers to see fish, submerged structure, and underwater movement in front of the boat in real time.

This makes it easier to identify potential targets, position the boat, and direct casts towards fish without relying solely on traditional sonar readings.

2. Live Sonar – Down View

The Live Down sonar provides a detailed real-time view directly beneath the boat, helping anglers identify fish at different depths and position lures more accurately.

This view is particularly useful for vertical jigging, drop-shot fishing, and targeting fish holding close to underwater structure.

3. CHIRP Sonar

The integrated CHIRP Sonar provides high-resolution sonar readings that help distinguish individual fish targets, including fish positioned close to the bottom or suspended in tightly grouped schools.

CHIRP technology offers dependable depth information and fish detection for general fishing applications.

4. DownScan Imaging™ with FishReveal™

DownScan Imaging™ delivers detailed, photo-like images of underwater features, including rocks, submerged timber, vegetation, and bottom structure.

FishReveal™ enhances fish identification by helping anglers distinguish fish targets from surrounding underwater cover.
