RIO TROUT VERSILEADER – FLOATING & SINKING FLY LEADER

The RIO Trout VersiLeader is a versatile fly fishing leader system designed to help anglers quickly and easily adjust the fishing depth of their flies without changing their entire fly line. Developed for use with typical floating trout fly lines and Scandinavian (Scandi) shooting heads rated #4 and lighter, the Trout VersiLeader provides a convenient solution for adapting to changing water depths and fishing conditions.

Featuring a range of floating and sinking options, the RIO Trout VersiLeader allows anglers to select the appropriate leader density to suit their fishing technique and the depth at which fish are feeding.

The system is available in Clear Floating, Clear Intermediate, Black S4, and Black S6, offering flexibility for both surface and subsurface fly fishing presentations.

Each leader features a slim, neatly welded loop at the butt end, allowing quick loop-to-loop attachment to a compatible fly line. This makes changing between different sink rates simple and convenient while fishing.

For easy identification, the VersiLeader incorporates colour-coded loops, helping anglers distinguish between different sink-rate options when selecting or changing leaders.

Whether presenting flies near the surface, fishing through the middle of the water column, or targeting trout holding deeper, the RIO Trout VersiLeader offers a practical and adaptable leader system.
