SNAG PROOF ZOO PUP 3.5" HOLLOW BODY WEEDLESS TOPWATER LURE

The Snag Proof Zoo Pup 3.5" is a compact, high-performance hollow body topwater lure designed to deliver an aggressive walk-the-dog action while fishing through heavy cover. Developed from its larger counterpart, the Zoo Pup combines an ultra-soft hollow body with a fully integrated weedless hook design, making it an excellent choice for targeting bass in thick vegetation and difficult-to-reach areas.

Its ultra-soft hollow body allows the lure to move naturally across the surface, producing a smooth side-to-side walking action that can be adjusted to suit different fishing conditions. Anglers can work the Zoo Pup with slow, controlled twitches for a subtle presentation or use sharper rod movements to create a more aggressive, erratic action.

The fully integrated hook design helps the lure move through dense grass, lily pads, and other heavy cover with minimal snagging, allowing anglers to target bass holding in areas where traditional treble-hook topwater lures struggle.

Measuring 3.5" and weighing 1/2oz, the Zoo Pup offers a compact profile with enough weight for effective casting and precise topwater presentations.

Action & Presentation

Walk-the-Dog Action

The Zoo Pup produces a distinctive side-to-side walking movement across the water's surface. Short rod twitches allow anglers to maintain a controlled action that imitates struggling or fleeing prey.

Aggressive Twitching

Sharper rod movements create a more erratic walking action, helping trigger reaction strikes from bass hiding beneath vegetation or holding close to cover.

Weedless Presentation

The integrated hook design allows the Zoo Pup to travel through dense vegetation and heavy cover with reduced snagging, making it particularly effective in areas where conventional topwater lures cannot be fished easily.

Slow Cadence

A slower retrieve keeps the lure in the strike zone longer, giving cautious or pressured bass more time to respond.

Application

Perfect for bass fishing, topwater fishing, lily pads, weed beds, grass mats, shallow cover, vegetation edges, and targeting bass holding in dense structure.

Compact, weedless, and built for explosive surface strikes — the Snag Proof Zoo Pup 3.5" delivers outstanding walk-the-dog action in the toughest bass fishing conditions.
