Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are generally processed within four weeks of your package reaching the return shipper, though often sooner. This includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), processing time at our facility (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank needs to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). To return an item, log in to your account, navigate to the "Complete Orders" under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You'll receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

XPLORER SWITCH FLY REEL
The Xplorer Switch Reel is a lightweight, modern fly reel system designed for anglers who want performance, versatility, and a personalised look. Built from CNC machined aluminium, this reel offers a strong yet lightweight construction suited to a wide range of freshwater and estuary fly fishing applications.
Featuring a super large arbor design, the Switch Reel provides fast line retrieval and improved line management, while the rear-adjusting drag knob allows for easy drag control during the fight. The reel can be set up for left or right-hand retrieve, making it suitable for different angler preferences.
One of the standout features of the Xplorer Switch Reel is its customisable coloured components, available in-store. Inspired by South African fly fishing environments, the reel can reflect four unique identities: Burnt Orange for the Kalahari, Blue for estuaries, Forest Green for Midlands trout streams and lakes, and Gunsmoke for the Cape mountains.
With two size options available, the Xplorer Switch Reel offers anglers a lightweight, stylish, and practical reel system for a range of fly fishing setups.

Application
The four2six reel is ideal for lighter freshwater fly fishing applications such as trout, yellowfish, and smaller stream setups. The seven2nine reel is suited to heavier freshwater and light saltwater applications, including larger trout, bass, yellowfish, estuary species, and general 7–9WT fly setups.
